Terms of Service

1. What this service is

AI Hug turns one photo you upload into a short AI-generated hug video. You pay once per video. The service is provided as-is, with no guarantee that a particular generation will look a certain way.

2. Photos and consent

You may only upload a photo of yourself, or of another adult who has given you permission to use it. You must not upload photos of minors, celebrities, public figures, or anyone who has not consented. You are responsible for the photo you upload and for any claim arising from it. The person shown must be 18 or older.

3. Payment and refunds

Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake. One video costs $6.99 USD, charged once at checkout. There is no subscription. If a technical failure prevents your video from rendering, you may retry at no extra cost. Because generation begins immediately, completed renders are non-refundable. Safety-rejected submissions may be charged.

4. AI-generated output

Videos are synthetic and may contain visual artifacts. The output is an AI-generated video, not real footage of the person depicted, and it does not document a real event. Do not present it as genuine footage. You are responsible for how you publish and label it on any platform.

5. Acceptable use and prohibited content

You must not generate, upload or distribute any of the following:

• Any sexual or NSFW content, including nudity, erotic content, or sexualized depictions of any person.
• Any content that sexualizes, endangers or exploits minors. Child sexual abuse material is prohibited absolutely and will be reported to the relevant authorities and to our model provider.
• Violent, gory or graphic content, or content that encourages self-harm.
• Hate speech, harassment, threats, or content that dehumanizes a protected group.
• Deepfakes or impersonation of real people without their consent, including celebrities, public figures and private individuals.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights.

Submissions are screened automatically against these rules before rendering, and we may refuse, remove or block any generation that breaks them. We may suspend access for repeat or serious violations and may report unlawful content to the relevant authorities.

6. Reporting and moderation

To report content or a generation that breaks these terms, email hello@aihug.space with the job link or the URL of the published video. We review reports within three business days.

When we receive a report or detect a violation, we check the upload and the rendered video against the rules above. If a violation is confirmed, we delete the stored photo and video, block further generations on that job, and may suspend access for repeat or serious violations.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Hug is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected video.
